Extra-virgin olive oil produced from about 2600 olive trees belonging to the species "leccino", "frantoio" and "leccio". Olives are picked manually and pressed within 24 hours in the oil mill, with cold extraction and no water addition. The result is a fruity oil, with low acidity, whose fragrance and scent remain unchanged the whole year long. |
