The Holiday Farm Coppo 1873 is set within the Marchetti Rural Establishment, in the wonderful, still untouched, green countryside of Montalto delle Marche. Our holiday farm has just been built over the foundations of an old farmhouse dating back to the second half of the 19th century (more precisely to
1873, the date mentioned in the name), preserving the shape and materials of the previous farmhouse, thus ensuring that it fits smoothly into the surrounding territory - a characteristic typical of old country farmhouses in the Marches.
The activity of our Holiday Farm revolves around a few basic points: the quality of the products we serve to our customers (biological products, pork meat, beef...) - the result of the great care we take of all related aspects, from environmentally friendly cultivation to food presentation; the quality of the services we offer to people who wish to enjoy a unique experience, relaxing amid the wonderful landscape of the Marches countryside; the quality of the rooms and flats, all equipped with rich period furniture, all with own bathrooms, all meticulously taken care of; the quality of the cuisine, reviving typical dishes and products of the Marches; in one word: quality.

The Holiday Farm Coppo 1873, besides, lies halfway between the mountains and the sea: on one side we have the Adriatic Sea, offering some of the most beautiful Rivieras, like San Benedetto del Tronto, Cupramarittima, Grottammare; on the other side we have the Sibillini Mountains, with their National Park, as well as the hinterland of Ascoli Piceno, with towns rich in art and culture, like Ascoli Piceno itself (S. Emidio's Dome, Meletti's coffee house, the Quintana...), Fermo, Montalto
delle Marche (the native town of Pope Sisto V), Ripatransone, Offida (renowned for lace pillow handicrafts).... all within 25 min drive.
