

The Holiday Farm Coppo 1873 welcomes its customers and hosts in a small hall, furnished using the materials typical of old farmhouses, combined with modern items. Thus terracotta-tiled floors and period furniture coexist with liberty and present-day furniture. The atmosphere is friendly and informal. Our hosts can enjoy the typical dishes of the Marches tradition. The recipes come from the whole regional territory, from Ascoli's hills to the coast: olives "all' Ascolana", lu frecanto, the vincisgrassi, hand-made fresh pasta, the goose sauce, lu festringo, the ncip e nciap chicken, the ‘mpignata, the cucciolò, the polenta, the bread soup, the tripe, the beans with pork rinds, the own-produced salamis. All dishes and recipes served to our hosts are prepared with the products of our farm. Small banquets and feasts take place in a comfortable, bright and warm context, surrounded by unusually wide landscapes.
